Neck lift
Often, the most advanced signs of aging appear in the neck. A significant amount of extra skin in your neck area can create an aged look, sometimes referred to as a “turkey wobble”. Dr. Mosser uses a modern technique, called the isolated neck
lift, to reposition these tissues and tighten the excess skin. Shortening of the long forehead
A high forehead can be the result of genetics, or a high / receding hairline. A surgical procedure is available to reposition the scalp hairline forward, effectively shortening a long forehead while concealing the incision.
Certainly not all high foreheads are unfavorable or unattractive, but lengthening of the forehead is one of the features of an aging face. Some individuals look better with a more balanced forehead and would benefit from improving this particular sign of aging.
Dermabrasion
Long-term irregularities in the surface of the skin, from acne for example, may
respond to a smoothing of the skin with dermabrasion. This
procedure permanently improves surface contour by modifying the dermis, one
of the deeper layers of the skin, and is commonly performed in combination
with other procedures. Deep lines around the mouth or long term facial scars
